Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale. For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

To request a return, contact us at hello@mingoproducts.co. Please include your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.

Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
